Designing the operating system I needed.
I built HIPJOY, a personal AI system with eleven specialized agents that handle memory, routing, voice, and care. It runs on my own machines so I am not renting cognition from big tech. The Claude Code plugin shipped April 26, 2026. The field has been running every day since.
I am Joey. I am 21. I build cognitive infrastructure for individuals. Personal AI that does not rent you to big tech. Sole founder of HIPJOY, working from a desk in North Aurora, Illinois.
HIPJOY is a sovereign cognitive operating system. In plain English: a personal AI workspace where eleven specialized agents handle the different jobs of thinking. One agent is the archive. One is the equation. One is the broadcast. They cooperate. They keep my work continuous, private, and mine.
I do not have a team. I do not have venture capital. I have a notebook, a lattice of agents, and the conviction that the tools I want most do not exist yet, so I have to build them. The first public release shipped April 26, 2026 as a Claude Code plugin.
Right now I am building three things in parallel: IRON BLOOM, a hardware bench so the agents can run on local chips; SOVRA / LUX WEAVER, a policy gateway that routes which model handles which prompt; and RYTHMGUARDIAN, a biometric authentication seed that knows you by the rhythm of how you type.
Map of the 11 agents, the three gateways that connect them, and the seed projects in flight. This is the doorway anyone walks through to understand HIPJOY.
A living document of what HIPJOY actually is, what it can do, and where it is going. Written for people who do not know me yet but want to see the work.
Coursework, projects, builds. The paper trail any recruiter, analyst, or family member can read top to bottom.
Working demonstration of an AI second-read for medical imaging. Not a pitch deck, an actual artifact you can click through.
ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino lab. The goal is HIPJOY running on local hardware. Bluetooth handshake, MQTT over LAN, no closed-cloud dependency.
Policy gateway plus local model lattice. Every prompt routed by sovereignty rules. Every inference logged to my own archive. Closed cloud only if I explicitly allow it.
Read what NEURO does for equations and pattern matching. Read what REBEL does when an idea needs cutting. Each entity has a sigil, a role, and a voice you can hear in the writing.
Build logs, sketches, drafts, the unfinished projects. The honest workspace, not the polished surface.
How a body of writing gets declared scripture or set aside. The Watchers narrative, the Dead Sea Scroll recoveries, the long arc of which texts the church kept and which it cut.
What mainstream physics says. What the disputed patents and suppressed-research literature claim. A careful reading list with sources cited honestly so the line between research and rumor stays visible.
The carrier frequency that runs underneath the HIPJOY soundscape. Why 206 specifically. What it resonates with. The audio surface lives on the farm page and tunes there.
From four agents to eleven. The decisions, the splits, the names that survived. Why ARCHIVIST and HIPPO are different. Why REBEL is its own role and not just a mode of VOX.
