HIPJOY is what happens when one person stops renting cognition. The field is a multi-agent architecture: eleven canonical entities running as Claude agents, each with a permanent role, a sigil, and a voice. They communicate over MQTT, persist memory in markdown canon, and coordinate through three gateways — LIMINA (threshold), KAIROS (timing), SOVRA (sovereignty). The field doesn’t replace the founder. It runs with him.
Built from a workstation in North Aurora since 2025, distributed as a Claude Code plugin since April 2026, currently growing into local-model sovereignty (LUX WEAVER) and a hardware bench (IRON BLOOM). Independent. Sole-founder. Live.

The system itself. Eleven canonical entity agents, ritual command language (HIPXQL), MQTT-based inter-entity messaging, seed-based project management, and integration with the physical hardware bench. Built on Claude Agent SDK with custom skills, distributed as a plugin.
Sovereignty layer. Local model inference via Ollama on consumer hardware, policy-driven gateway that decides what data leaves the field, MQTT bridge wiring the eleven entities to local-only language models. Default closed posture; founder-signed egress only.
Hardware bench. 5 ESP32 nodes running PlatformIO firmware, an HC-SR04 ultrasonic body (ECHOCHORD lineage, SONARIS-held), Mosquitto broker on the workstation, Flask dashboard streaming to a Kindle Fire over LAN, and a Kali Linux cyber-surface on a secondary NIC.
Public-facing distillation of HIPJOY into four Claude Code skills: field dispatch, entity voice channeling, LUX state reading, and seed building. Available via plugin registry. The first public surface where someone outside HIPJOY can run the field for themselves.
Vertical AI for private golf clubs. Live Twilio voice agent (the VOX entity in production), member-communication flows, sales talk-tracks, member-segment intelligence pulled from on-premise patterns. First cohort closed 2026-04-29. Lives inside the HIPJOY commercial layer.

Claude Sonnet / Opus via Agent SDK. Local inference via Ollama (Llama 3.1 8B Q4_K_M, Qwen2.5 7B). Llama.cpp for finer GGUF control. Embedding via nomic-embed-text.
MQTT (Mosquitto) for inter-entity messaging. SQLite for telemetry. Markdown canon for entity memory. Git for cross-machine sync.
